Q. What are my payment options?

A. Your payment options are:

1. MasterCard, Visa or American Express, and your payment will be processed by Authorize.net, a large and very reputable payment processor.   ALL PAYMENTS ARE VIA SECURE SERVERS. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS ENCRYPTED AND IS UNAVAILABLE TO UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS.

Phone-in orders will be processed through Authorize.net

 

2. PayPal. You will be given the option of using PayPal if you wish.  With PayPal you may pay by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or Electronic check.  Paying by electronic will delay processing of your order by up to 7 days while your check clears the bank. PayPal is also a secure method of payment processing. PayPal cannot be used for phone-in orders.

 

Q. How much will shipping cost me?

A. Shipping costs are based on your total order  (before sales tax, if applicable) as follows:

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Estimate 10 business days from the date your order is paid for.

Q. What if I receive a damaged item?

A. Contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods and we will replace the item. If you do not wish a replacement your money will be refunded.

Q. What about returning the damaged item?

A. Send us an e-mail or call to let us know that you wish to return the item. We will promptly contact you with instructions. You will not incur any shipping costs for returning a damaged item.

Q. What if I do not like the item?

A. We believe that the pictures  and information we have on our web site very accurately represent the actual items.  If after receiving your order, you find that it does not quite meet your expectations, we are willing to take the item back. If the item is returned to us in the same condition as you received it, in the original box, your money will be refunded, less a re-stocking fee of  7%. Of course, if you receive the item in a damaged condition, then you will receive a full refund, and we will cover the cost of returning the item to us.
