Return it if you don't like it. That is our policy. The saying goes that a picture is worth a thousand words. However, sometimes a thousand words just isn't enough. Once in a while, we see a product on the internet, but in reality it turns out not to be exactly what we were looking for. Because we know this, and because we are committed to total customer satisfaction, we offer a 100% guarantee on all our products. Returning Products.
If you need to return an item, just send an e-mail to csc@giftsunusual.com. Make sure your name address and telephone number are included, along with a note (optional) telling us why you need to return the item, the item number and description. We must be notified of damaged items within 2 days of receipt. You have 21 days to return undamaged or damaged items. Please return undamaged items in the original packaging and condition. Returns may be shipped any way you choose as long as proof of shipping and delivery can be provided if necessary. Damaged items will be replaced immediately if in stock. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned goods.
Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise requested. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders totaling more than $35.00. (Not applicable to expedited orders) Sales tax (Florida residents only) does not count toward order total. It's a good idea to take advantage of this saving now, before it is no longer available (free shipping applies only to UPS or FedEx ground shipments within the continental United States). You can expect to receive your order within ten business days after payment. WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL USA.
